Bottled at 43% ABV with a natural light mahogany colour, the nose opens with dried fruits and stem ginger, accompanied by hints of vanilla, cinnamon and orange zest. On the palate it is soft yet full bodied, revealing dark chocolate-coated ginger, dates, dried apricots, mature oak and gentle spice. The finish is long and lingering, with dried fruits, ginger and a touch of orange zest.
