Welcome to Heavy Liquor, operated by OC 168 Marts, LLC. By accessing or purchasing from our store, website, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By purchasing from Heavy Liquor, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. We strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of alcohol.

❌ Underage Sales Prohibited – Any attempt to purchase alcohol underage will be reported.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse sales at our discretion.
  • If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will contact you for a replacement or refund.

3. Online Orders & Delivery

For online purchases:

  • Orders are only processed for delivery within the U.S. where permitted by law.

  • If the recipient fails to provide ID or is underage, the order will be canceled without a refund.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to third-party shipping carriers.

  • All sales are final unless the issue is due to an error on our part (see our Return & Refund Policy).
  • Chargebacks for legitimate purchases will be disputed.
