Heavy Liquor, operated by OC 168 Marts, LLC, is committed to delivering quality products safely and in compliance with all applicable liquor laws and shipping regulations. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.


1. Shipping Governing Laws

Shipping regulations are subject to change, and certain local jurisdictions within these states may have additional restrictions. If you have any questions regarding shipping eligibility, please contact us before placing an order.


2. Age Verification & Delivery Requirements

  • You must be 21 years or older to purchase alcohol from Heavy Liquor.
  • An adult (21+) must be present with a valid government-issued ID to accept the delivery.
  • No packages will be left unattended. If no one is available to sign for the order, the carrier will attempt redelivery or return the package.

🚨 If the recipient cannot provide a valid ID or is under 21, the package will be returned, and no refund will be issued.


3. Shipping Times & Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
  • Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

🚚 Delivery times may be affected by state laws, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.


4. Shipping Carriers & Costs

We use licensed third-party shipping carriers that comply with alcohol delivery regulations.

  • Shipping costs vary based on destination, order size, and delivery method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake is on our part.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We offer Shipping Protection from Damage, Loss & Theft

🚨 By deselecting shipping protection, We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

✔️ If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
✔️ If your order is lost in transit, contact us for assistance.


6. Order Cancellations & Returns

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the mistake was made by Heavy Liquor.
  • If your state does not allow alcohol shipments, we will cancel and refund your order before shipping.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
