1. Shipping Governing Laws

2. Age Verification & Delivery Requirements
- You must be 21 years or older to purchase alcohol from Heavy Liquor.
- An adult (21+) must be present with a valid government-issued ID to accept the delivery.
- No packages will be left unattended. If no one is available to sign for the order, the carrier will attempt redelivery or return the package.
🚨 If the recipient cannot provide a valid ID or is under 21, the package will be returned, and no refund will be issued.
3. Shipping Times & Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment verification.
- Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination.
- Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.

4. Shipping Carriers & Costs
We use licensed third-party shipping carriers that comply with alcohol delivery regulations.
- Shipping costs vary based on destination, order size, and delivery method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake is on our part.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We offer Shipping Protection from Damage, Loss & Theft
🚨 By deselecting shipping protection, We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
✔️ If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
✔️ If your order is lost in transit, contact us for assistance.
6. Order Cancellations & Returns
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the mistake was made by Heavy Liquor.
- If your state does not allow alcohol shipments, we will cancel and refund your order before shipping.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
