55% ABVThe third release in the Springbank Sherry series, this whisky has been matured for 5 years in Bourbon casks, followed by 5 years in Amontillado sherry casks.  NoseThere is an earthy, mustiness on the nose, along with notes of hazelnut, maraschino cherries and blood orange. PalateNotes of cured meats, gorse and tobacco box are balanced with sweet hints of coconut and treacle. FinishA dry finish with notes of wood shavings and tarragon.
