Founded in 1724, Rémy Martin is one of the "Big Four" Cognac houses. It is the only major house that specializes exclusively in Cognac Fine Champagne, a legal appellation requiring a blend of at least 50% Grande Champagne and the rest Petite Champagne grapes.
