Heritage
Rémy Martin V is a crystal-clear grape eau-de-vie from the house of Rémy Martin—an unaged, copper-pot-distilled spirit designed as a vibrant, modern alternative to white spirits. It isn’t a cognac (no barrel aging), which is why it keeps its pristine color and ultra-fresh profile.
Crafted from French grapes, V is distilled (on the lees for extra expressiveness), then ice-cold filtered to a sleek, polished finish. Excellent chilled neat, on the rocks, or as the backbone of bright, fruit-forward cocktails.
Tasting Profile & Food Pairings
Tasting Notes Fresh grape and pear lead, with nuances of melon; a lift of mint and delicate florals; palate is crisp and smooth with a clean, refreshing finish.
How to Serve Shine it over ice with a twist, lengthen with tonic or soda, or drop it into citrus-driven builds (Collins, Mojito, Martini variations). On the rocks it’s vibrant and intricate; in cocktails it’s the “clear” soul of the mix.
Food Pairings
Starter Bright ceviche, oysters with mignonette, or fresh goat cheese crostini.
Main Course Herb-grilled chicken, sushi/sashimi, or lemony pasta with prawns.
Dessert Citrus tart, melon with prosciutto, or basil-strawberry shortcake.
