About the product
Experience the bold individuality of Knob Creek with this exclusive Single Barrel Select bottling, nicknamed “Secret Sauce.” Drawn from a single carefully chosen barrel and bottled at a robust 120 proof, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon delivers concentrated flavor and character that sets it apart from the standard small-batch expression.
Aged a minimum of nine years in charred American oak, it showcases the rich, full-bodied style Knob Creek is known for. The nose opens with deep notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and baking spice. On the palate it is bold and layered, offering sweet caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and a touch of dark fruit, balanced by firm oak structure. The finish is long, warming and satisfying, with lingering spice and oak.
Each Single Barrel Select is unique to its barrel, making this “Secret Sauce” selection a one-of-a-kind pour for enthusiasts who appreciate higher-proof intensity and true barrel character. Ideal for sipping neat, with a drop of water, or in a classic Old Fashioned. A standout choice for collectors and fans of robust Kentucky bourbon.
