Crafted from 100% malted barley, this whiskey is charcoal mellowed the Tennessee way through sugar maple charcoal before aging in new handcrafted charred American oak barrels. It is then finished in the finest Oloroso sherry casks, adding depth and richness.
Bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV) in a generous 1 liter format, the nose offers gentle oak with notes of fruit and cocoa. On the palate it is rich and complex, delivering dark chocolate-covered nuts and berries alongside vanilla and malt. The finish brings a subtle sweetness with lingering Oloroso sherry character.
