A striking limited edition that unites Dom Pérignon Vintage 2018 with the bold artistic vision of Damien Hirst. The bottle and presentation case are transformed by Hirst’s signature kaleidoscope motif in deep electric blue and violet, reinterpreting the iconic Dom Pérignon shield as a contemporary work of art.
The Champagne itself is the celebrated 2018 vintage, a blend of approximately 54% Chardonnay and 46% Pinot Noir drawn from exceptional Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites. The 2018 harvest was marked by abundant sunshine and early ripening, resulting in a wine of remarkable intensity and precision.
In the glass it shows a pale yellow colour with golden highlights and a fine, persistent mousse. The nose opens with rich orchard and tropical fruit notes of golden kiwi and mango, lifted by fresh herbaceous and balsamic nuances. On the palate it is full bodied and dense yet vibrant, coating the mouth with generous fruit, subtle bitterness and refined minerality before a long, elegant finish marked by a delicate note of apricot.
