Cygnet Gin was founded by Welsh mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins OBE and Andrew Levitas, with the brand officially launched in 2023. The brand focuses on premium, hand-crafted spirits made in Wales, combining Welsh water, carefully selected botanicals and sustainable bottle design. The name Cygnet refers to a young swan, reflecting the importance of the swan as a symbol of Swansea.
