About the product
Colonel E.H. Taylor Cured Oak 750ml + Weller Single Barrel 750ml
Discover two exceptional limited and sought-after expressions from Buffalo Trace in this refined pairing.
Colonel E.H. Taylor Cured Oak is a Bottled-in-Bond Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged in barrels crafted from white oak staves cured for 13 months, more than twice the standard time. This extended process extracts deeper wood character. Expect complex layers of vanilla, toffee and figs with undertones of dry oak, tobacco and dried fruit, finishing long and dry.
Weller Single Barrel is hand-selected from a single exceptional barrel and bottled at 97 proof. It opens with notes of cherry and mint that fade to vanilla, followed by rich caramel, baking spices and cocoa on the palate, finishing with cinnamon, coffee and a hint of pepper.
Together these bottles highlight distinctive barrel craftsmanship and the soft, refined style of premium wheated and classic Kentucky bourbon. An outstanding set for collectors and enthusiasts.
