Inspired by barrels that developed a high sheen from frequent sampling by Booker Noe, this 6-year aged bourbon is one of the more approachable batches. The nose reveals vanilla cream, toasted marshmallow, and cinnamon bark. The flavor profile features honey-roasted peanuts, oak char, and warm caramel, backed by mild rye spice and a silky texture. It finishes clean yet flavorful, with hints of clove, leather, and barrel-aged sweetness.
