Launched as a limited series, these were created by the Beam distillers who spent over a decade experimenting with non-traditional "secondary grains" to see how they would change the classic bourbon profile. Because these are rare and aged for 11 years, they were released exclusively in 375ml "half-bottles" to allow enthusiasts to sample the different grain experiments.
