About the product

Jack Daniel’s 14 Year Old Batch 2 2026 Release Tennessee Whiskey is the oldest and most intense expression in the distillery’s modern Aged Series, marking a rare return to ultra-aged Tennessee whiskey after more than a century. Aged for 14 years and bottled at high proof, this limited release pushes the classic Jack Daniel’s profile into deeper, more structured territory with significantly more oak influence and concentration.

Produced using the traditional mash bill and charcoal mellowed through the Lincoln County Process, the whiskey undergoes extended maturation that allows the barrel to take a leading role. The result is a bold, layered profile where sweetness, spice, and aged oak are tightly integrated, delivering a richer and more complex experience than younger expressions in the lineup.

This Batch 2 release is highly limited and positioned firmly in the collector category. It represents the peak of the Aged Series, offering the most mature and powerful interpretation of the brand’s signature style.

Tasting Profile & Food Pairings

Tasting Notes

Deep and concentrated, opening with rich aromas of brown sugar, caramel, and charred oak, layered with molasses and dark cherry. The palate is full-bodied and structured, bringing notes of burnt caramel, cinnamon spice, black pepper, and aged oak, supported by hints of tobacco and dark fruit. The finish is long, dry, and warming, dominated by oak, spice, and a lingering, slightly smoky sweetness.

Food Pairings

Starter Charcuterie with cured meats, smoked almonds, or aged cheeses complements its bold structure.

Main Course Ribeye steak, slow-cooked beef, or braised lamb match its depth and oak-driven intensity.

Smoked & BBQ Brisket, burnt ends, or heavily charred barbecue enhance its caramelized and smoky notes.

Dessert Dark chocolate, espresso desserts, or pecan pie pair with its rich caramel and spice profile.

Cheese Aged cheddar, smoked gouda, or blue cheese stand up well to its high proof and strong finish.
