Tasting Notes

Named in honor of Booker Noe’s father, “Pinkie’s Batch” is bold, unfiltered, and aged over 6 years. The nose offers deep aromas of vanilla bean, leather, and toasted barrel char. The palate bursts with molasses, roasted peanuts, tobacco, and warm baking spices, wrapped in a rich, oily mouthfeel. High-proof intensity carries into a long, warming finish layered with sweet oak, dark toffee, and a touch of cinnamon heat.
