About the product

Step into the 1980s with the third chapter of The Macallan’s tribute to six decades of James Bond. Decade III captures the shift from Roger Moore’s playful charm to Timothy Dalton’s brooding intensity, as Bond returned closer to Ian Fleming’s original vision.

The packaging features logo concept art from Octopussy (1983) along with an A.T.A.C. Operations area sketch and storyboard sequence from For Your Eyes Only (1981). Created by Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell, this Speyside single malt is the same refined expression found across the entire six bottle collection, bottled at 43.7% ABV.

It shows a Suisse gold colour. The nose opens fresh and vibrant with lemon and lime, a sprinkle of sherbet, sweet vanilla and coconut, and a hint of dried fig and raisin. On the palate, orange zest and fizzy sherbet meet gentle oak and subtle ginger spice, deepening into dark chocolate, figs and baked apple tart with a honey drizzle. The finish is sweet, long and layered with complexity.
