Tasting Notes

This artisanal reposado is more than tequila—it’s craftsmanship in a bottle. Distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave and aged in oak barrels, it strikes a refined balance between earthy agave expression and gentle wood influence. On the nose, it opens with roasted agave, vanilla bean, golden raisin, and a soft trace of white pepper and toasted coconut. With time, floral honey, spiced apple, and butterscotch notes rise. The palate is smooth and complex: vanilla and baked agave lead, supported by caramel, nutmeg, and subtle tannins from the oak. The mid-palate introduces citrus oil, almond skin, and a hint of mesquite smoke, grounding the sweetness with earth. The finish is soft but persistent—warm, elegant, and laced with dried herbs and agave nectar.
