Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Double Mash is a 9-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that brings together two distinct bourbon mashbills in one bottle. Two-thirds of the blend comes from Heaven Hill’s traditional bourbon mashbill, while one-third comes from its wheated bourbon mashbill. Both components were aged for nine years before being combined and bottled at 100 proof. The result is a rich, balanced bourbon with a combination of structure, softness, depth, and complexity. It opens with toasted oak, honey, and a hint of white pepper, followed by bright citrus oil and honey on the palate. The finish develops into rich caramel and warming baking spices.
