The milestone 20th edition of Parker’s Heritage Collection honors the legacy of Heaven Hill’s late Master Distiller Emeritus Parker Beam. This 14 year Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made with rye backset, a technique Parker long championed to build consistency and bold, spicy depth.

Drawn from just 100 barrels of Heaven Hill’s traditional mashbill (78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley), the whiskey was distilled between October 2011 and January 2012 and aged across four rickhouses. Bottled at barrel proof of 118 and non chill filtered, it delivers concentrated flavor and complexity.

The nose opens with vanilla, dark fruit, cooked grain and baking spice. On the palate, rich toffee, roasted nuts, clove, nutmeg and mature oak are lifted by the peppery spice of the rye backset. The finish is long and warming, with seasoned oak, leather, caramel and lingering brown sugar.

A limited annual release that continues the collection’s tradition of excellence while supporting ALS research in Parker Beam’s name.
