The whisky is matured in Northern India’s subtropical climate and drawn from carefully selected PX Sherry casks, creating a distinctive combination of gentle peat smoke, rich dried fruit, sherry sweetness, oak, and warm spice. Bottled at a robust 58.5% ABV, this collector’s release offers remarkable intensity and complexity while maintaining a balanced, elegant character. Taste Notes:

The nose offers gentle, well-integrated peat smoke and elegant Sherry aromas, with notes of dates, raisins, caramel and earthy undertones. On the palate, it is subtly sweet and fruity with a rich malty character, gentle peat, oak, tannins and soft spice, accompanied by hints of sweetness and saltiness. The finish is elegant, balanced and lingering, with the smoky and sherry-driven character continuing pleasantly.

Food Pairings:
