About the product
A refined Highland single malt that embodies the essence of Glenmorangie in perfect harmony. Previously known as the Extremely Rare 18 Year Old, The Infinita is matured for 15 years in carefully selected American oak ex-bourbon casks. A portion is then transferred into Oloroso sherry casks for a further three years before the two components are reunited, creating a multi-layered and endlessly complex whisky.
Bottled at 43% ABV with a honeyed golden colour, the nose opens with aromas of honey, caramelised orange, jasmine, narcissus and lemon blossom. On the palate it is silky and balanced, revealing figs, dates, roasted nuts, gentle spices and orange marmalade, with a delicate hint of wood smoke. The finish is long and elegant, lingering with dried fruits and soft oak.
Created under the guidance of Dr Bill Lumsden, The Infinita offers a beautifully composed expression of floral, fruity and sherried notes that reveal new dimensions with every sip. An ideal choice for those seeking a luxurious and endlessly rewarding single malt.
