Tasting Profile & Food Pairings
Eagle Rare 12-Year-Old (2025/2026 Release)
Tasting Notes: Intense aromas of toasted marshmallow, chestnut, and seasoned oak. The palate is rich with brown sugar and cocoa powder, followed by a burst of orange peel and dark cherry.
Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Small Batch
- Tasting Notes: A classic "dessert" nose of caramel corn and vanilla cream. The palate is bold but balanced with butterscotch and liquorice, ending in a smooth, spicy finish with a hint of tobacco leaf.
Yellowstone Hand Picked Collection (Single Barrel)
Tasting Notes: Typically features smoked caramel, rye spice, and leathered cherries. The "Hand Picked" nature means each barrel is slightly different, ranging from sweet "pancake syrup" to spicy "black pepper" notes.
Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Tasting Notes: Soft and honeyed. Leads with vanilla, mint, and molasses, with a medium-bodied palate of brown sugar and toffee.
