Tasting Notes

Light amber in the glass. On the nose, mellow oak and natural agave lift with citrus undertones. The palate brings warm vanilla, toasted nuts, clove, cinnamon, and caramel over gentle oak, finishing smooth and sweetly spiced.

About the brand

Founded in 2021 by the team behind Malfy Gin, the brand is named after the annual migration of Monarch butterflies from the US to Mexico. They are produced at Destiladora del Valle de Tequila (Casa Maestri), one of Mexico's most awarded distilleries.
