About the brand
Founded in 2006 in Portland, Oregon, by distiller Christian Krogstad and bartender Ryan Magarian. It was born from one of the first true collaborations between a distiller and a professional mixologist.The Goal: The founders wanted a gin that would "fly solo" or act as a versatile base for cocktails without overwhelming other ingredients. The name is a direct tribute to the classic Aviation cocktail, a pre-Prohibition drink they felt perfectly represented the spirit’s intended balance.
