About the brand
Established in 1815 on the Isle of Islay, Scotland, Ardbeg Distillery is renowned for producing some of the peatiest single malt whiskies available. Its remote coastal location contributes to the distinctive smoky and complex flavors of its expressions. After facing challenges in the late 20th century, Ardbeg was revitalized in 1997 under new ownership and has since garnered a dedicated following among whisky enthusiasts worldwide. The distillery combines traditional methods with innovative practices to craft whiskies celebrated for their depth and character.
