This 10th-anniversary blend focuses on "textural elegance" and mature oak rather than the fruit-heavy finishes of previous years.
- Nose Classic and bold. It opens with strong vanilla oak and seasoned leather, followed by bright bursts of citrus and green apple. Beneath the surface lies a deep sweetness of panela sugar and honey.
- Palate Silky and viscous. The mouthfeel is famously "satiny." You will find rich caramel and toffee leading the way, with surprising "stone fruit" accents of peach and apricot providing a floral lift.
- Finish Long and structured. It leaves a lingering trail of charred oak, honeyed sweetness, and black cherry, with a final spark of cinnamon and black pepper spice.

About the brand
The Yellowstone brand dates back to 1872 the same year the national park was established. It was founded by JB Dant and DH Taylor and became one of the best selling bourbons in Kentucky for over a century. In 2010 the brand returned to family hands when Steve and Paul Beam direct descendants of both the Beam and Dant families opened Limestone Branch Distillery. The Limited Edition series was launched in 2015 to showcase the art of blending and creative finishing. Each year Steve Beam hand selects unique "honey barrels" or experiments with exotic wood finishes like Tokaji Marsala or Cognac to ensure that no two years are ever the same.
