26 Year Old Vintage Sherry Finish The Cask: Initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Cask 4, a rare 2002 Vintage Sherry Cask. Alcohol Content: 48.2%. Taste: Bright and lively. Notes of orange blossom honey, apricot, and iced cherry cake with a finish of freshly baked brioche and ginger.

28 Year Old Matusalem Sherry Finish The Cask: Finished in Cask 73, a 30-Year-Old Matusalem Sherry Cask. Matusalem is a rare Oloroso sherry enriched with Pedro Ximenez. Alcohol Content: 55.3%. Taste: Robust and dark. Expect Manuka honey, liquorice, and antique marmalade with waves of dark chocolate and molasses.

43 Year Old Apostoles Sherry Finish The Cask: The crown jewel of the set. Finished in Cask 1, a very rare 30-Year-Old Apostoles Sherry Cask, a Palo Cortado style. Alcohol Content: 46.8%. Taste: Deeply sophisticated. Aromas of roasted chestnuts and Seville oranges lead to a palate of Madagascan vanilla, dark forest fruits, and grilled pineapple.
