The Don Fulano Añejo is a premium, additive-free tequila crafted from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave in Jalisco, Mexico. Aged for approximately 30 months in French oak casks, it develops a refined balance between agave character and barrel influence.
Unlike heavily oak-driven añejos, this expression maintains a clear agave backbone while layering in complexity from the wood. The result is a structured, elegant tequila that bridges traditional agave flavors with the richness and spice typically associated with aged spirits.
