About the product

The third release of Freddie Noe's Little Book The Infinite, this limited edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon blend pays tribute to a cherished Noe family tradition. Inspired by the idea of an infinity bottle, a blend that is never finished, it is built on 30% of Edition II and brings together the whiskey of three generations: grandfather Booker, father Fred and Freddie himself.

Bottled uncut at a robust 118.3 proof (59.15% ABV), it delivers the bold, full character the Noe family is known for. The aroma offers bright apple and pear with caramel and char. On the palate it is rich and layered, with vanilla, caramel, baked apple and dark stone fruit. The finish is long, warm and lingering, with oak and smoke.

A true barrel strength blend that captures both the craft of Freddie Noe and a personal story from the Beam family. Enjoy neat or with a splash of water to open the flavors.
