About the product

Herradura Limited Edition Legend LA Dodgers Añejo is a premium small-batch tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave and aged for 12–14 months in deeply charred, grooved American white oak barrels. This special collector’s edition combines the rich heritage of Casa Herradura with Los Angeles Dodgers branding, delivering a luxurious sipping tequila with intense oak character, smooth texture, and layered complexity. The proprietary barrel-aging process enhances the interaction between tequila and wood, resulting in deep amber color, velvety smoothness, and bold flavor depth.

Tasting Profile & Food Pairings

Herradura Legend LA Dodgers Añejo opens with aromas of toasted agave, charred oak, vanilla, honey, and caramel. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, featuring notes of rich oak, caramelized agave, dried and stone fruits, citrus, black pepper, and baking spices, followed by a long, warm, oak-driven finish with lingering sweetness and spice. It pairs exceptionally well with grilled steak, smoked meats, dark chocolate desserts, crème brûlée, aged cheeses, roasted nuts, and cigar-style after-dinner experiences. It can also complement Mexican dishes with mole sauce or slow-cooked pork.

About the brand

Herradura is one of Mexico’s most historic tequila producers, founded in 1870 in Amatitán, Jalisco. Casa Herradura is known for pioneering several tequila-making innovations, including the first Reposado tequila and the Extra Añejo category. The distillery remains dedicated to traditional craftsmanship, natural fermentation, and estate-grown Blue Weber agave. Herradura is especially respected for its barrel-aging expertise and handcrafted production methods.
