About the product

The first release of 2026 from Booker's, this uncut and unfiltered Kentucky Straight Bourbon pays tribute to Booker Noe's love of New Orleans. Inspired by the city's spirit, its food and its commitment to doing things on its own terms, it recalls the trips Booker made there as a young man, eating and drinking his way around town with friends, a tradition that became a staple of his life.

Aged 7 years, 2 months and 15 days and bottled at a robust 129.1 proof, it delivers the bold, full character Booker's is known for. The aroma offers rich vanilla and toasted oak with inviting spices and red fruit. On the palate it is big and bold, with layers of caramel, brown sugar, roasted nuts, baking spice and charred oak. The finish is long, warm and lingering.

A true barrel strength expression that captures both the power of Booker's and a personal story from the Beam family. Enjoy neat or with a splash of water to open the flavors.

Tasting Profile & Food Pairings

Taste Notes

Rich dark brown sugar, sweet vanilla, roasted peanuts, and mature oak on the nose. The palate opens with bold caramelized pecans, dark chocolate, cherry fruit pie, and warm baking spices. The finish is exceptionally long and warming, leaving complex notes of sweet tobacco, seasoned oak, and drying leather.

Food Pairings

Pairs exceptionally well with rich and savory dishes such as braised short ribs, smoked brisket, or roasted duck. It also complements hearty desserts like pecan pie, dark chocolate tarts, or blue cheese boards.

About the brand

Booker's Bourbon was created by 6th-generation Master Distiller Booker Noe, who pioneered small-batch, uncut, and unfiltered bourbon straight from the center of the rackhouse. Originally bottled as gifts for close friends and family, Booker's became a staple in the premium bourbon world under the Jim Beam Distillery portfolio. Today, 7th-generation Master Distiller Fred Noe carries on his father's legacy by hand-selecting barrels for each unique batch release.
