Heritage
Blended from two of Old Elk’s most unique whiskey stocks, this Double Wheat expression showcases the elegance of both a traditional Wheated Bourbon and a 100% Wheat Whiskey. The mash bills combine corn, wheat, and malted barley in one and pure wheat and barley in the other, resulting in a spirit that is simultaneously rich, soft, and layered. Bottled at 107.1 proof, it balances depth and drinkability, highlighting sweet notes from the wheat, the creamy texture of malted barley, and a firm backbone of oak from years of aging. Part of the Master’s Blend Series, it exemplifies Old Elk’s commitment to innovation while honoring classic American whiskey traditions.
