Machir Bay is a vatting of single malts matured in both ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, delivering a balanced profile that highlights the distillery’s commitment to quality aging and traditional production. The whisky is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV to preserve natural oils and body. Each release of Machir Bay is carefully crafted using copper pot stills and traditional floor-malted barley, a practice rarely used today.
